What is your shipping policy?
We offer flat rate shipping to the United States, with a minimum of 4 pints per order. All of our ice cream is shipped with dry ice, so they will arrive nice and frozen at your door!
Ice cream is shipped Monday through Thursday. Tracking information will be sent to you when your order leaves our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Is your ice cream gluten free?
All of our ice cream is made in a facility with wheat, but Coffee Toffee Caramel, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Peanut Butter & Jelly do not have any gluten-containing ingredients.
Can I reuse your containers?
Please do! Wash your pints with warm soapy water if you’d like to reuse them. Avoid the dishwasher, which can warp the plastic.
Where’s my favorite flavor?
We love coming up with new products and unfortunately, we can only produce so many ice cream flavors at once. In order to keep innovating, we have to send some of our line-up—even some of our classic flavors—on vacation. Rest assured that most of your favorites will return. Do you sell your ice cream in stores?
No, we are currently online-only. If we do expand into grocery stores, we’ll add that information to our website.
